Why a Free Secure Email Account With HGMAIL.org

It is obvious that in this age, the need to have a secure means to communicate between mission organizations and their missionaries on the field is of paramount importance.  With sensitivity and animosity toward the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ growing at an alarming rate worldwide, we have taken measures to provide secure email to qualified organizations.  We have purchased and continually maintain an SSL certificate for HGMAIL.org hosted on our dedicated email server which gives us unlimited email accounts on all our domains. 

How Does HGMAIL.org Work

With a secure email account through Heart of God International Ministries (hgmail.org), you will be able to securely and privately communicate with all people using secure email services without fear of being censored, traced, or worse.  As a missionary on the field, if your home office and you both use HGMAIL.org as your secure email service, you have the benefit of freely communicating up-to-date news, financial information, and other sensitive and timely information as well as sharing specific needs for prayer and support while on the mission field...all the things you are currently hesitant to, or even unable to, share electronically due to security reasons. HGMAIL.org is a web-hosted email service.  Email is not downloaded, but is hosted on the secure webmail server.

Email account holders will simply log onto the mail server (just as easy as logging into yahoo.com or hotmail.com).  Once their password is accepted, the mail will be available on the server where it will be hosted and stored according to the individual user's preferences.  Access to individual email is by password only; each account is issued a generic password when initially opened.  Once the new account holder logs in the first time, a new password and individual settings can be set. Changing passwords, updating files, creating folders, transmitting documents and photographs can all be accomplished in a secure environment.  The user has the option to store emails for future reference or completely delete (purge) them depending, again, on individual preference.

Information concerning wire or bank transfers or any transmittal of funds can also be transmitted securely.  Email can be sent in HTML or in plain text depending on the user's preferences as well.

Benefits of HGMAIL.org

Using a secure email service has many benefits over the free Yahoo, Hotmail, or other free services available.  Your email will always be encrypted and untraceable as long as it is exchanged between two secure email accounts.  Your email will be spam-free as it is untraceable by spambots and unsolicited advertisements.

Email between two secure email accounts will be totally secure.  However, email to an unsecured email address will not be secure.  In other words, email from **@hgmail.org (a secure email address) to **@yahoo.com (an unsecure email address) will not be secure.  For this reason, we are offering the same free secure email to one family member of each qualified missionary (or missionary family) so communication can flow freely between them as long as it is understood that forwarding of a secure email transmission to an unsecure account will lose its security.  It is our goal to provide a means of secure communication to missionaries ministering in areas unfriendly to the Gospel.
